About this course
This 40-hour course has been designed as a continuation of the Mercury course, where you acquired some basic English structures, such as saying hello, describing yourself and your surroundings, and placing orders in English.
If you haven’t taken the Mercury course but are just starting your English journey, we highly recommend taking a look at it. We’re confident that’s what you need.
However, if you haven’t taken the Mercury course but you have a foundation in English and want to refresh the basics while adding some depth, the Mars course is waiting for you.
The Mars course, like all the courses on this platform, is an interactive course, during which the focus is mainly on conversational English through the Natural method. This means you are going to acquire the language through videos, repetition and games.
Throughout the 40 hours, you’ll be immersed in the English world because the tutor will be speaking only in English.
But please, don’t worry! Shouldn’t something be clear, please feel free to ask questions and don’t feel embarrassed to say you don’t understand something. This is a very important part of the learning process and you can’t skip it. And don’t be afraid of making mistakes either.
Look at it this way: the more mistakes you’re making now, the fewer you will make in the future!
After the course, you’ll feel more confident to start a conversation in English, understand native speakers while traveling and describe what surrounds you.
However, you may find it hard to understand all the English accents, engage in business conversations, or sound like a native speaker.
If that sounds good to you, then make yourself at home and let’s get started!
